Mount Fitness Hosting Business Expo on January 5

Mount Fitness offers a variety of activities, including yoga. The entire facility will be open for non-member use on the weekend of January 5 to coincide with an open house and business expo taking place on January 5.

Mount Fitness will be hosting a free business expo and open house for area residents that will showcase over 20 area businesses on January 5, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with special deals available from those businesses and the fitness center itself.

鈥淎t this expo people will be able to gather information about local businesses while participating in raffles and giveaways. Additionally, non-members can use the gym free of charge all weekend and take advantage of great membership specials,鈥� said Mount Fitness Director Jason Snoonian.

The event will feature a kid zone with bouncy house, giveaways, membership specials and more. The businesses that will be present include John鈥檚 Sport Shop, Santander Bank, and O鈥橬eil鈥檚 Bicycle Shop. Many of the businesses represented have a healthcare or exercises focus, including Gardner Rehabilitation & Nursing Center and the Templewood Golf Course.

鈥淲e are all much stronger when we work together. We want to send a strong message that we are not only a fitness center but a place where the community comes together,鈥� said Snoonian.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Mount Fitness located at 444 Green Street, Gardner.
